Protects hardwood floors and keeps equipment stationary.
Nice affordable solution to heavy equipment damaging floors. The pad is only about 5/8" thick, but it has nice compression and deadening if a weight is dropped. Works great for under our stationary bike and weight bench. It fits under each perfectly. Have used for a while and not had a single tear in it. Seems fairly durable.
