As said before these are absolutely brilliant products. Once you have used them you will start saving up to buy the next one. As induction hobs seem to be the way to go these are just perfect.

What a difference!
Been using this pot for a month and wow, what an amazing cooking experience!It's perfectly non stick, healthy, but most important of all it performs wonderfully! Heat is very evenly distributed, also I find that with my previous non stick pot I usually have to turn my electric stove to "8" to boil a pot of water, this one boils at 6 and cooks perfectlyThere is also a few "steam holes" on the lid to let the steams and pressure out, so you can keep the lid on without it spelling over all the time.Overall a very wow-ed experience. Have just bought more from the same range!

Looks nice but non stick??!
I bought this pan 18 months ago for use in an induction hob and thought I would give it a good workout before penning a few thoughts....The plus points: It is light, works well on an induction hob, looks great and initially the non stick surface is very good, however....The negatives: As some other users have pointed out, the lids are not the best fit and certainly not as good as they should be considering the price, the real deal breaker for me is the non stick surface, it was initially very good but has not lasted. I am an experienced cook and I'm also meticulous about the care of my pans, no dishwasher, no metal utensils, nothing burnt on etc but this is all to no avail, it sticks badly at even moderate temperatures and certainly doesn't perform as I hoped, I have since bought a similar item for a third of the price that is also good on induction, is built like a tank and thus far doesn't stick!

As I always expect a superb quality pan from Scanpan.The finish is very high quality and there is lots of capacity for stews etc.One of the most used pans in my collection.

Not cheap, but strong, easy to clean, looks good and removes any niggling concerns that we have about other non-stick pans being potentially carcinogenic.

One pot cooking :) Good quality, as with all scanpan products. Nice for pot roasts, briskets and any slow cooking.
