The pillow is designed to keep the neck strength during the night which help me as I tend to tuck my chin into my chest during the night. I would wake up with a sore neck in the mornings. The pillow sloved my problem. The pillow is made of a firm memory foam which I find comfortable. A normal pillow case can be used with this pillow but there is slight difficulty getting one on.

I was having neck/shoulder pain issues for a while and figured as I hadn't changed my pillows in while that it was worth trying a new one. This was actually my second purchase as first pillow I tried wasn't right for me at all.This pillow is very different from the "traditional" pillow with its shape and firmness, however after about a month of use I can happily report that I no longer have neck pain!I will admit it isn't without it's flaws (depending how you sleep). It is perfect for back sleepers as it supports the neck very well. However, if you have broad shoulders like myself, side sleeping isn't ideal as it is not thick enough to support your neck.To over come this either have a separate pillow for laying on your side or add a thin "traditional" pillow underneath to slightly raise the height. Someone without broad shoulders may still get the support needed though.Please note it takes time to get used to! My first impressions were not good as it is soo different, however if you persevere you will get used to it and reap the benefits for a supported neck whilst sleeping!

Very comfortable, not quite as curved as the picture suggests, but overall happy an improvement over older pillow, and definitely woken up with less neck pains.

I bought this pillow ages ago and needed another. I bought another brand thinking it was this one and had to send back as it was flat and way too soft for support. I then noticed the tiny label on my old pillow and noted this brand, so bought another. Good shape, works well whether sleeping in your back or side. No chemical smells. Very well made, very soft cover and feels expensive.

Why did you choose this product over others?:Pillow is soft and seems to be good quality but after the first night it made my neck pain worse 😬

I've tried several pillows with majority being too soft or too hard.This one is perfect, I love the arc it has which supports neck posture when sleeping and it really does make the quality of my sleep better. It makes me miss my bed when I am on work trips or having a night away from home. Both sides have a steeper or less steeper arc based on your preference. I am not sure on the hypoallergenic qualities but trust it keeps my skin conditions to a minimum
