Easily assembled and well explained with documentation. I like the way there is one extra screw, bolt, cover etc. just in case.Chair is comfortable, reclines smoothly....doesn't collapse back like some other chairs I have used. Lumbar support, arms and head rest all provide good support. Sturdy whilst being able to move on the wheels easily.Overall excellent value for money and so pleased I purchased it.Also company reached out to me shortly after delivery to see if I had any questions, offer some tips for use and offer additional lumbar support if needed.

I bought this to replace a basic mesh backed office chair I had for several years. I’ve been using it for about 3 weeks 8+ hrs an day and am very happy with it.The seat appears to very dense foam and after using multiple cushions on my old chair my tailbone and back immediately stopped hurting during this. The arm rests flip up and down very easily and if I want to sit with a leg underneath me or alittle sideways the arms are never in my way. They just push up gently. The wheels are definitely better then your average plastic wheel on a rolling office chair and the lumbar support piece you can move up and down is sturdy and stays in place. And the head/neck rest is the perfect height for me to get good neck support when I lean back. I also love the piece to hang your jacket on the back of the chair. I work from home so I use it to hang my blanket on the back of chair and love that it’s never dragging on the ground anymore.My only complaint is a minor one, and it’s that the chair height doesn’t go down alittle more. I’m 5’2 and my feet just touch the ground in this chair. I typically use an under desk elliptical which really isn’t something I can do anymore because I can’t get my feet flat on the pedals when I’m sitting the chair.Putting together the chair was extremely easy, it took me about 45 minutes from opening the box to having a fully assembled chair. There was a part towards the end that did require me to sit the seat upside down on another chair to get the angle I needed to put the base attachment on the bottom of the seat correctly since I was alone.Overall great chair but wish I could the height down alittle bit more.

Really great chair for the money (4.5 Rating)...Easy to put together with a lot attention to detail, comfortable, and a lot of great features you would generally pay $250+ for. My only issue with it really is the arm rests - though they are padded very comfortably and I find it great that they rotate vertically for space savings (and for playing guitar during some down time) - they are a bit narrow. My arm placement when using my mouse tends to naturally sit on the edge or a bit outside these armrests so I wish they were a little wider (or even rotated horizontally as well) to accommodate.

This chair was very easy to set up, packaged very well and so comfortable. The ergonomic fit has me feeling much better all around and I love the headrest.

It was easy to put together. The chair is very comfortable and supportive, which I desperately needed as I am sitting for more than 9 hours a day. It looks great too!! Totally worth every penny I spent!!

It’s a super great chair and it mimics chairs double or triple the price super well! It’s super super comfy and reclines so much while still being stable! Super sturdy and can hold good weight! The only reason it’s 4 stars is that even at its lowest it’s too tall! I’m 6’1 and my feet barely touch the ground. Other than that it’s a 10/10
