The instructions are very easy to follow. It helps to have an electric drill, phillips screwdriver, hammer and a pencil, the instructions don't have that down but trust me. Very easy for one person to assemble. Took 1-1/2 hours to construct. Was sweating when it was all over with but handsomely satisfied with the results. The manufacturer couldn't have made it easier! Thank you.

good and heavy duty. we bought for our mini pigs so they stay warm. now if we can get them to not just go in but sleep in there it will be perfect but the pigs are moody. time will tell

Love how easy it was to assemble and the material quality. Big enough for both of my large dogs. Strong enough to support my Irish wolfhound that likes to sit on the roof. However, they destroyed one insulated panels in the first day. Filled with straw and they are happy as can be.

I got a defective piece where the screw got stuck. This being a large item, it difficult to figure out how to fix when you get stuck.Customer service was not trying to understand, first when I explain that the wood finish is damaged and the assembly got stuck, the response was take $20 for shipping delays. I never said there was a shipping delay, not even reading what the issue is.Later again not providing a solution and offering low value partial refund. Why would I take a loss for defective item.Thankfully amazon has a good a-z claims and got my money back. I need to spend more money to dispose off the package, there is no other use for something like this even if you ask me to keep it to save on return shipping. Do better quality controls and spend some more time listening to your customers.

Love everything. Its exactly what the pictures show. The sizing is perfect as well. Big enough for my medium to large sized dog. I didn’t realize it comes with the clear cover for the doorway so that was a nice surprise definitely would recommend.

We bought this dog house for our pup 2 months ago. The directions were a little confusing, but it seemed like a really nice, cool place for our pup when she has to be in her kennel.However, she immediately tried to disassemble the roof. After a few weeks she thought it needed windows in the back. Now, she has continued her renovation with ventilation in the front. This is made from a very soft wood that chips and splinters easily. (BTW, there is no insulation either.) She has many chew toys, but it appears her house is her favorite one. If you have a very determined and aggressive chewers like our high energy pup, the metal frame will NOT stop them from taring it up.
