Unfortunately this product causes me to become excessively sleepy and fall into deep sleep during the day. Maybe this product may be good for someone who wants to take a supplement to help them sleep at night.

You are getting 60 capsules in this bottle. You take one daily so this will last you a couple of months. However, you can take more capsules if desired.Each single capsule serving provides 470 mg of the herb. I like the quality of thing ingredients and there is nothing unnecessarily been added. It is also suitable for vegetarians and vegans. It comes with a very long expiry date so there is no rush to use this supplement at all. I like the fact that it is organic and made in the UK, which is something I try to look for when choosing my supplements.
