Arrived damaged
Packed well but a large dent in the product. Nice looking device but not checked before shipping. Box was in good condition but sadly transformer isn’t.

Came bashed
This came with the sides bashed in, and the manufacturer was less than helpful, indicating it would still "work fine". Not sure what would have happened if the casing was in contact with the outer winding, but I doubt it would have been "fine". It does work, and I managed to straighten out the casework, but I wasn't impressed. Especially as the box was intact so I reckon the damage happened in factory.
