Just like new.
I've had this refurbished headset for over a month now and it is still working great. It comfortable and has a good battery life. I replaced a G430 and the only thing I miss is the adjustability range of the headband.

Won't hold a charge.
Headset will not hold a charge. Tried to return as defective or at least get a replacement but was refused.

Would be great if it didn't arrive with a flaw.
This headset arrived with a problem where it makes a whining/whistling/screeching in my ear. It changes as I adjust the volume nob. If I play with it a minute I can usually get the terrible sound to get real quiet. But if I move wrong or touch the sound knob it blows up my ear with pain. The sound isn't too great either, probably because of whatever issue this one arrived with.I wish I could give a better review, but this is my experience. Feels pretty nice while it sits on my ear. I got it for playing online games with my son. Since it's not sound-proof, you can still hear what is going on and talk to people.If the sound worked properly it would probably be a 4/5*.

Horrible quality
It feels cheaply manufactured, sound is nothing important, and it will randomly disconnect. There are way better headsets for this price. It is also not very comfortable, the worst headset I have ever used
