Inexpensive and essential tool
I have rated this product five stars based on my understanding of its capabilities and limitations. A conventional wooden dummy is considerably more expensive. This product is both lightweight and portable. A traditional wooden dummy often encourages untrained individuals to excessively commit and strike with excessive force. With this dummy, it is not possible to overcommit, and its use will facilitate the development of proper technique during training.
