Great hoop and fairly easy assembly! My sons absolutely love it! It is sturdy and seems like it will last. My sons played on it yesterday for hours. Ages 13 and 10.

First home basketball hoop for cardio and to keep my eyes accurate. Very sturdy materials and the best price I saw for its quality and features. Had some fun putting it together and learning the parts too. Only got to use it for a couple of days before work crushed me, sadly. Can't dunk, but I can tell it's very robust still. Looking forward to being able to hoop again.Assembled it myself, but definitely faster and safer with a buddy.

This hoop was blown over by the wind and broke the backboard. It’s still under warranty how do I get a new backboard?Contacted company and I am getting a refund

Well packaged, easy to put together and surprisingly stable. The backboard is a little small but the size is clearly stated in the description.No real complaints.

The hoop was very easy to make and was extremely portable the durability was insane with the looks and the functionality of making it bigger or smaller was definitely great

I recently purchased this adjustable basketball goal, and although the backboard arrived with a small area broken, the customer service was fantastic. I contacted them, and they responded quickly, sending me a replacement backboard the very next day. Excellent service!As for the product itself, my kids love it! The adjustable height is perfect since they’re not quite ready for a full 10-foot goal yet. The base seems sturdy—I filled it with water and added a few bricks for extra stability since we experience strong winds in our area.I assembled it by myself, but I recommend having a second person to make the process easier. Overall, I highly recommend this brand for its outstanding customer service and affordability. It’s a great option for families!

The set up out of the box was very easy. After putting most of it together, I realized a set of screws were missing (There was a small hole in the box, so it could have fell out during transport). I sent a text message provided with the instructions. I received an immediate reply, the screws were shipped, and they gave me a partial refund for the trouble. With the mailed screws we quickly finished set up and have been happy with the product since. Sand is really not needed. We filled ours up with water and it works great. The kids can easily move it around as needed. It's a very sturdy product that can be height adjust very easy depending on the age and height of your children.
