Energy
This is the first shilajit I've ever tried. I took a dose around 3 pm today when it came in. It's now 11pm and I still feel clear headed and energized. The taste is good imo. It's a little thicker than molasses and tastes better. I'm looking forward to taking it in the morning!

seems to be good quality
It's funny how people are just now learning about this stuff because it went viral, but I am from a region when mumio (shilajit) has been used for many years and is actually sold in pharmacies. This stuff is amazing and has a variety of great benefits. It's rich in minerals and gives you energy. This particular one has a very mild taste and is the perfect consistency. I always love it when the scoop/spoon is included with a product and it makes it that much more convenient to use. Overall, I think this is a great product and it's very reasonably priced for the quality you're getting.

Questionable
I am very certain this is absolutely not Shilajit,one it is sweet and pleasant tasting where as shilajit dry drops I have taken in past have an absolutely unpleasant taste...I have learned not to follow reviews and that anything healthy usually doesn't taste well and also you pay for what you get. Also give advice to buy product with a certification of product. Shilajit is a wonderful supplement if you buy true products I am staying with the dry drops and was grateful to have had the opportunity to try this brand and to have learned what I did in the process.

The little black jar that could…
Most of the Shilajit products are made in China so beware in your searches. I like the tar like texture goop consistency of these jars and a little daily is all you need. Very sticky so use the wooden stick and it will stick to teeth but not for long. Dissolves easy, this is definitely SWEETER than others brands. It’s a natural enhancement to male virility or so they claim. Hey it’s a cheap risk and I have experienced no side affects. I am a 62 year old man and have been on supplements since the movie Pumping Iron came out. You don’t need to go broke when using what’s available to prolong life and health with love. Be good to yourself and better to others.

I have changed this rating. I think this is the best Shil out thee for the price. I was wondering at 1st, but after a few months, I love it. Changed from 3 to 5 stars. I just tried to buy more and its unavailable at 4-8-25. Please get more!

The 100% pure shilajit I’ve had didn’t have the Ayurvedic herb blend added like this one.
I prefer the 100% Himalayan Shilajit only. This one has a thin viscosity and did not dissolve the same. I have to think the 100g herb blend of ashwaganda and turmeric was the difference. I didn’t care for the taste at all.

Resin leaked everywhere
I haven't tried the shilajit resin yet. I just received it earlier today. I was pretty disappointed upon opening the outer box to see that a good portion of the resin had actually leaked out of the jar and hardened inside the box.
