Hi! I wonder how one plunger serves both 1:1 and 2:1? How does it work?

the two plunger sides have slightly different diameters. such that they fit inside both 1:1 and 2:1 ratio cartridges. it’s an engineering enhancement that should have occurred years ago. it’s pretty cool

Hello, yes it will work, as long as it is a 50 ml (1.7oz) cartridge, and a one to one mix ratio adhesive formula, it will do great.However, if it is a 2:1 mix ratio you will need a different gun. if so then search for our MixPac gun specially configured for 3M's unique 2:1 sized cartridges (which are smaller sized with 37ml or 1.25 oz of adhesive)Thanks and happy Easter!

Will this work (with the 10:1 plunger) with loctite h4800 in 50ml cartridges?

I do believe you can find the 10:1 ratio gun by searching for it. This gun with the 10:1 plunger will work with that product. how do you get the 2:1 plunger to work as 1:1? My cartridge is 1:1, but has the 2:1 style backs in both barrels

The cartridge you are using determines the mix ratio, the barrels are either the same size, 1:1, or 1 is 2 times bigger than tbe other, 2:1. This gun will do both.
