Wish I would have done this a long time ago. Used these to make a rolling platform for my miter saw and drill press. Don't have a shop, so I would always drag them to the middle of the garage for projects. These casters work great and make it much easier to move around, and I was also able to add a lower shelf for more storage with this setup. Locking brake works well so far, seem pretty durable. I'll edit this review if anything changes, but definitely recommended if you plan to make a rolling base for your shop tools. Will be buying another right away for my grinder.

I own a US General 4-drawer tech cart in orange. I am not a professional requiring or owning a high volume of tools, but like most homeowners and DIYers, I have acquired enough over time needing to be organized. And I have limited space so the smaller cart worked. If you are familiar with these carts you know they come with 2-fixed and 2-swivel casters in all black. The OEM casters themselves are decent, and I figured I'd try to live with the more limited maneuverability of having 2 fixed casters. A week was enough to realize I wanted four swivels, and Harbor Freight doesn't sell the all black casters separately. I saw these 5-inch casters on Amazon and was first drawn to the black and orange theme which matches my cart. Then I saw the weight capacity which well exceeds the OEM casters. Then I measured the openings on my cart and these were a match. I installed them today (using the cart hardware) and the cart can now rotate in place if I want it to - no more "parallel parking". They seem to roll smoothly and support the weight of the box just fine. And I got 4 for the price of what 2 non-matching and non-braking swivels would've cost at HF. Not knocking HF, just wish the cart came with 4 swivels out of the box. First impression - just what I needed and look good as a bonus. Will update if anything makes me change my opinion.

Its no silence as described, cuz ITS NOT RUBER ! Keep this in mind ! But good quality and heavy duty!

I was skeptical about the strength of these casters due to low cost but when I got them they were very nice, well built and delivered as promised. I installed them under a 1,500 pound crate and they handled it with ease.Definitely a smart buy. I’d buy them again

I've worked in maintenance at various places I thought for the price the casters would be cheap, but I figured what the hell for 25 bucks get them. I open up the box I'm so very impressed these are comparable to items cost and double if not triple. I don't ever highly recommend anything but these are worth it. They give you all the screws bolts screwdriver and wrench even.

Heavy duty and work well for my cutting table. Glad I purchased them. Now I can easily move my cutting table from one side of my craft room to the other
