Very good, I'll be buying more of these crackers. Good with bean dip!

The only gluten, sugar and yeast-free crispbread on the market!
These crackers are absolutely unique. I’m buying them all the time and can’t find any alternatives.I’m trying to maintain a gluten-free, sugar-free, and yeast-free diet to control my seasonal allergies. It works great for me. But it takes some courage on my side since I love bread, desserts and snacks. It’s almost impossible to find gluten-free crispbread without yeast and sugar. I was looking far and wide. The only one product I was able to find is specifically this Les Pain des Fleurs Crispbread, Ancient Grain variety. Be aware that Buckwheat and Quinoa varieties have cane sugar in them.Inside the box you will find two individually sealed packets with 16-17 crisps each. About 32-34 crisps per package. As for the taste – these crisps has a very mild taste. Don’t expect them to taste super great. They are made from brown rice, buckwheat, millet and sea salt. That’s it – no sugar, no yeast, no starches, no gum, preservatives, flavors or anything extra. The taste is in fact almost unnoticeable. Which I personally like since it doesn’t overwhelm whatever I put on them. I use it to make small sandwiches with butter, vegetables and spreads. I don’t really like to eat them on their own. They are very crunchy and airy. Sometimes they break right in my hands.Again, this is a unique product with very simple ingredients and without known to me alternatives. It’s hard for me to rate it anything less than 5 stars for that reason. I will be buying it as long as it’s available and would recommend to anybody who is trying to avoid sugar, yeast and gluten.P.S.: If you know any alternative crispbread that is gluten, sugar and yeast-free, I would highly appreciate the recommendation.

the perfect cracker and crispbread
I used to really like Orgran Crispbreads (Quinoa, Buckwheat, and Fiber varieties), but was always disappointed that they were not organic or non-gmo certified--just gluten-free. I had been eyeing these for a while, but they are so very expensive, in contrast, that I just could not justify it. I did finally try them when they were available for 4.99 as add-ons (still expensive, btw), and now I can't imagine a better crispbread or cracker. where the Orgran are stiffly crunchy and mealy, these Pain des Fleurs are lightly airy and lightly crispy, something like the way that cheese puffs are lightly airy and crispy--but flattened into the shape of a cracker. I can't think of anything else to compare them to. they have a delicate, slightly puffed texture to them and are just fantastic. perfect, I think, for anyone at all, from gummy tots to gummy grandmas, and every sensitive palate in between. organic, gluten-free, and non-gmo--you've got all your dietary concerns met in this one cracker. I like the Quinoa Crispbread with tuna, or with creamy goat cheese (from TJ's), smoked salmon, red onion slices and tiny capers, or with goat brie and honey...and I love the Chestnut Crispbread with chocolate hazelnut spread (the chestnut variety has a bit of a sweet taste to it, whereas the quinoa is completely neutral). I have not tried the other varieties of this crispbread yet. the only thing that would make these better would be a better price--specially in bulk. nothing would hold me back from keeping well-stocked in these if they were more reasonable. if you spot any of these as add-ons, bulk up. you won't be sorry.

Tastes like plastic cardboard
They are nice and crispy and that is the only good thing I have to say. I don’t think there’s anything I could put on top to make me like these. I use them as an occasional treat for my dogs who enjoy the crunch.

My favorite flavor
I have tried several of Le Pain des Fleurs’ crackers. I like them all but this is my very favorite! Love it with my salad at lunch with a little peanut butter.

Fragile!
This is a good and healthy alternative for those on a gluten-free food program. I was introduced to this product while traveling abroad, so when I returned I was pleased to find it offered on Amazon. However, the crispsbread is quite fragile, and my 3 packages arrived with about half broken into pieces and some quite crumbled. Still tastes good, but a bit hard to use. I plan to re-order and hope for better packaging on my next order.
