I like the taste and I like the caffeine from green tea and I like that it is produced by.

I have trouble consuming things with certain strong aromas. The moment I opened this I sensed a scent. When I held the glass close to my nose I was overwhelmed with what I perceive as a vitamin c aroma. It made me gag and as a result I'm unable to even try this energy shot let alone consume it all.On the plus side the bottle is glass which I really like because I don't have to worry about things leaching into my beverage from plastic. The bottle has the symbols on it for vegan and gluten free which are very important things in our household and having the symbols makes it easy for me to select a product without too much hassle at the store. It contains 35 calories with 9 carbs, all 9 of which are sugars. For the other nutrients you get I'd be happy with 35 calories but I'm not sure I want to 'spend' 9 sugars out of my day for a small energy drink.Has pros and cons but sadly I'm unable to even try due to the strong aroma. I will share with the family rather than consuming on my own.

It took some serious squinting to make out the ingredients listed on the bottle. The only ingredient I saw that might contribute to an immediate boost was 80 mg of caffeine. As a point of reference, a standard cup of tea contains 47 mg and a cup of coffee 95. I suppose for those not used to sweets, the 9g of sugar could create a buzz. For the other ingredients, boosting energy would be a long term endeavor.My energy tends to drag a bit in the early evening, especially if I didn’t get enough sleep or exercised intensely. Both these were the case yesterday evening. It seemed like the perfect time to test the restorative power this energy shot. I gulped one of the bottles but my energy level did not improve. I still managed to nod off for a couple minutes during the news. Of course, I generally consume 4 shots of espresso in the morning, so I was probably immune to the amount of caffeine listed in the ingridients.The product description says the booster is unflavored, so I assume the slightly citrusy, not entirely pleasurable taste, must be the natural flavor of the combined ingredients. In conclusion, as far as I could tell, a single shot of this product had no energy boosting effect on me at all.

at first taste, I wasn't quite sure I would enjoy the flavor. But then I realized it was the taste of the vitamin C, which then made it easy! These little bottles are great, they pack a little bit of caffeine, some B6 & B12, Magnesium, Taurine and Ginseng! The effect from caffeine doesn't hit quite as sharply as an energy shot like a 5-Hour energy or a Red Bull, but the Niacin makes it noticeable when you get a slight tingly feeling after drinking it. These work really well in the mornings, but I tend to drink one after lunch, the caffeine levels aren't too high so it doesn't affect my sleep later in the date.One thing I really like is they come in little glass bottles, which helps me feel good since it's not a plastic bottle like other shots. it's a good touch!

I love these and will be ordering more when I run out.I appreciate the ingredients, especially the thoughtfulness of using Cane Sugar. Research how Cane Sugar vs regular processed sugar. Cane Sugar is not bad for you. It actually has benefits in itself.I'm considering cutting wayyyy back on my coffee and I know these will help me come time. I'm not there yet, but these will be my helper when I am.Meanwhile they get me going when I just can't seem to get over the lag just after lunch.They have a sour taste, not gross just sour. So be ready.Chug a lug and get productive.10/10

I appreciate that these energy shots provided a good boost of caffeine without the nasty jitters that can sometimes come along with similar types of beverages. It was quick to take effect and give me my boost of energy for the day. I typically only drink maybe one cup of tea at most per day so sometimes I need the extra oomph that an energy shot can give if I am extra tired or need to stay awake and focused. The price is a little much for what it is...I'm not sure that I would purchase these otherwise. I actually really like the flavor of it and found it easy to take quickly like a shot.
