Speed!
I work in IT, and I was a bit skeptical of ordering a refurbished machine. The machine is QUICK. The only thing Ive found so far that I don't like is that I cant get external speakers to work. I have a feeling its a dead audio output jack. Im ordering a USB to 3.5 sound card and if the speakers work Ill chalk it up a dead audio jack. Its not worth returning over an audio jack being faulty. Also someone else noted this machine DOES NOT have Wifi on it, which is fine use one of the 6 USB ports and purchase a wifi adapter. Don't let the size fool you. This little machine is quick!

Nice little elitedesk 800 g4 i7 but does not have wifi
The add for this computer indicates that it has built in wifi, but it does not. I checked the mother board only to find one pci-express slot, which is filled by a 512gb pci-express drive. It does have an unused standard slot for an extra SSD drive. It does have an Ethernet cable plug on the back, though. I've updated the OS and found that it is a great little machine, but it would be better if it had the promised wifi. I am not going to return it. Would be nice if I didn't have to buy an external USB wifi adapter. You would get 5 out of 5 stars if you send me an external USB wifi adapter.

Excellent mini desktop!Updated windows 11 & Microsoft 365 with “one drive” quickly!Very glad to have purchased this i7 computer!For the second day, everything is working properly! Updated three TurboTax programs quickly! Great computer!
