The 2 greatest benefits I notice with Transparent Labs Creatine is muscle recovery and muscle hydration. So it works very well at reducing the pain associated with DOMS, and giving you that full filled out muscle look.They need to make the 60 servings size available on Amazon as I tend to go through this small container pretty quickly. I think there are better values for amount of servings but they tend to be hit or miss on efficacy. Transparent Labs does have actual independent lab testing so you do know what's in it. You could say you;re paying for proof and quality.As for taste, I actually like most of the flavors but they tend to go out of stock often. It mixes well with water and I don't mix with anything else.Can't find reason to rate it lower than 5 stars. Maybe a bit on the pricey side but I think it is worth it. My body suffers after intense workouts without it.

Been using Transparent Labs for about 6 months now, it works. Simple as that. I take it within 30 minutes of finishing my workout and in the morning on days I don’t work out, like the label says. I’ve noticed a difference in my muscle gain and strength. I have more energy between reps.Remember, while taking any kind of creatine increase your water intake. You risk damaging your kidneys if you don’t.I won’t use any other creatine, this one has been good to me.

Came defective and clumpy, as so many others have mentioned. I hate letting money go to waste, so I made the mistake of trying this - despite the repulsive smell of it. I'll start with the smell. It smells like someone had bottled their sweat after a hard day of worked and poured that sweat directly into the package. This could explain the clumping? Even the worst body odor I've encountered has a hard time standing up to this. Also, result wise I've seen no increase in strength or recovery. So not only is this unbearable to take down, but if you muster the strength to do so all of your work will be in vain

This is the third time I had ordered thru Amazon this creatine powder and it arrived defective. After contacting the seller, transparent labs, they were extremely helpful in rectifying the situation and sending me a replacement.

I’m not typically one to leave bad reviews, I just return items I’m not satisfied with and moved on. That said, this is a non-refundable item, so it seemed necessary to warn others that the blueberry flavor both smelled and tasted horrible. After I choked down my first serving, I could smell it on my lips for hours afterwards. As a long time supplement user, I can handle most stuff that tastes less than pleasing, but not even I can stomach this creatine . Perhaps I got a defective product or perhaps the other flavors are better, but I won’t risk trying a different since it’s non-refundable.
