Very spicey and great flavor

I enjoy SOME heat on things but don’t like the mouth-feel of crunchy peppers, nor the vinegar-y taste of jarred/pickled jalapeños.Enter this stuff: just dehydrated seeds/chopped peppers, and NO added sodium — the best of both worlds!As I prefer to control the burn — and don’t like crunchy stuff added to foods that are not generally crunchy — I processed this entire bottle in my electric spice grinder until it became an evenly-sized granule (between fine- and course-ground black pepper). I also taped-up all but one hole in the shaker top. Now I can sprinkle this stuff on a variety of things and control the flavor/heat.Happy camper.

Smells fresh jalapeños if you like that smell like I do. It’s so versatile you can use this while you’re cooking or you can use it a topping like for salads, pizza or whatever. I use it in my cooking and it makes food a a subtle heat flavor, low price, I’ve been bragging about it. I keep one in my purse just in case ☺️

My 9yr old loves these. They aren't bad, my only suggestion is that they were a finer grind...just slightly. Great on cream chese to give your toasted bagel some zest.

Not too spicy, has a nice hum.. Very flavorful. I can't say enough about it!! Where have you been all my life!!I used it on burgers made in a grill pan. I was blown away at the depth of flavor it added. I added 4 good shakes to each side of the patty the first time. I thought the heat level was medium but more of a hum, this is not hot like crushed red pepper flakes. When I want flavor and heat I use both.I recommend this product.
