Cabinet: Extra Strength Gas Relief for Adults w/Active Ingredient Simethicone 125 mg Compares to Gas-X Extra Strength®, Relief for Bloating, Burping, & Cramps, 75 Softgels (Refillable Glass Bottle)

When I stumbled across this brand as I was searching for some OTC medications to restock my home with, my heart skipped a beat and I’m sure I let out an audible gasp. Not only does Cabinet make the most aesthetically pleasing bottles on the market, it’s environmentally conscious as well? Say less and take my money! I ordered one of everything they had available at the time and will continue to restock their bottles (pictured are some of what I bought, others are on their way). Starting with the obvious, what’s inside, it’s exactly the same thing as the name brand Gas-X (125 mg Simethicone) but at a lower cost & a much more attractive container- SCORE! The bottle itself is constructed of very thick, substantial glass that will not break easily and the top is square shaped plastic with rounded corners. The top has a metal magnetic tile inlay that’s painted the same color as the top itself with all pertinent information printed on it; some info printed on each side as is shown in the attached photos including a QR code leading directly to the Cabinet Health website. One side of the top reads “Cabinet” while another reads “Gas Relief.” The only con or downside I can think of might come into play if you have issues with dexterity or arthritis in your hand(s)/wrist(s). In that case, opening the bottle may be difficult as the bottle is not exactly ergonomic, but I don’t have any issues with it at all. Simply press down and turn counterclockwise as you would with any other. Perhaps it feels a bit strange to people being that it’s a square shape? If I’m being perfectly honest, although I’m usually all about having something that functions at its best, I love the modern appeal that this shape gives; it’s everything. So I hope the company doesn’t change that because of the complaints. Rather, my hope is if they do anything, they create something similar to the standard bottles and provide a top that has the option to flip it over, removing the built-in child-proofing feature, thus making it easier for those experiencing difficulty to open. To summarize, I highly recommend Cabinet Health’s Gas Relief meditation and all of their other product lineup. You get brand name quality at an affordable rate and in a beautiful glass bottle. The attention to detail is glaringly obvious, which I wholeheartedly appreciate. We all generally keep OTC meds for common ailments in our homes, so why not support a company making them in an environmentally conscious way and look good doing it? Love this! I like that they're cute and environmentally friendly! Took me a while to figure out how to open them, but it's a childproof bottle, so you have to press down on the top and then it twists open easily!

Good product but the container is incredibly hard to open.

Not sure the quality of the actual meds yet, I haven't taken them.As for the packaging, it is a nice compact square. I love that the container can be refilled. I bought this because I wanted pills that were loose, and not in the little foil packs, so I could put some in my little pill container for my purse.

If you like a neat and tidy cabinet get these they’re amazing they’re great. I love them. The medication works just as well as the name brand and it’s cheaper but it is great and I can’t say enough about it. They’re so aesthetically pleasing. I should probably be the cheerleader because I’ve bought about 15 of these and left reviews for all the bottles they’re just fantastic, especially the stacking and the label facing towards you. It’s just a very clean look.
