Customer service is top-notch. The chair is solidly built but stiff. The one improvement would be to have a locking option for the arms when you want them down. They flip up when you bump them.

When I first received this chair the height wasn’t correct so I contacted seller and they sent a new gas rod to give the chair proper height, even included the tools to remove the existing gas rod. Unfortunately, the gas rod would not come loose after multiple emails back and forth and then giving me various things to try that wouldn’t work either. They ended up sending me a new chassis to attach to the chair and use the new gas rod and the chair height is now perfect!! I’m very impressed with the customer service I received and that they were sure to make the chair right and ensure my satisfaction!! Highly recommend this seller!

The chair is super comfortable, and has all the adjustments needed for a custom fit. My only complaint is that the chair doesn't rise quite high enough for me. I'm 5'8", and would like to get another inch or two in seat height, but it's not bad. If you're much taller, you may want to opt for a different chair. The chair was fairly straightforward to assemble. I assembled it alone in about 40 minutes, however, there are a couple of steps where it would have been helpful to have another pair of hands. Several reviews indicated problems with pilling and attracting lint/animal hairs on the seat. I made a cover for my seat and put it on before attaching it to the base, and it works well. The cushion can be removed and washed should it become soiled.

This chair is excellent quality for the price. I have sciatica and this chair is going to work great. The lumbar support is moderately adjustable. The seat cushion is large and thick, without any uncomfortable pressure points. The seat cushion material is cloth with a texture, so I'm afraid it's going to easily attract pet hair or lint. The folding arms are a nice feature, but the design of the height adjustment is awkward... but they work. Also, I'm 5' 9" and can adjust the hydraulic lift to a comfortable seat height, but I wouldn't recommend this chair if you are very tall (6 feet or more). I have the chair almost as high as it will go. Finally, assembling the chair (especially the awkward armrests) with only 1 person is a bit challenging, but it still only took me about 15 minutes. Even with some minor drawbacks, I still rate this chair 5 stars.

I guess you get what you paid for. The chair looks OK and the assmebly was simple, unfortunatly thats where the positives end. The frame behind the mesh digs into my back at all angles and has little support. The seat is was ok for the first few weeks but the padding is very cheap and you can feel it quickly.On top of this, besides hight, this chair has no adjustment. The folding hand rests would be a good idea if there was some adjustment, but at this point I have to keep them folded since they are so uncomfortable.Finnaly, the seat is cloth is very cheap and stains easily.

I recommend scanning the instruction QR code to watch the video for step 1 of assembly! Easy assembly & the chair is so much more comfortable than my previous one. A more cushy seat & much larger. I think the value for the chair is very good & I believe it’s going to last for a long time.

It's pretty comfy, doesn't complain when I sit in it... but the seat slightly tips forward... it feels odd but I'm using it anyway
