Absolutely delighted with our new dog crate. Plenty of room for our 2 Springer Spaniels. Would definitely recommend.

We have two beagles and after buying the new 3008 recently I needed something to put the dogs. Found this is perfect, especially designed for the 3008 so once it's in the boot it won't move around. It pretty much just clips together and you also get some small rubber clips that you place round the cage to stop it rattling around when your driving. The cage also come with a mat/flat bed which is machine washable, I usually put that in a nylon pet wash bag which I purchased from here, it just stops you getting dog hair in the washing machine drum. I had cable ties lying around so I have just used them to make the cage more sturdy as I don't really need to break the cage down if I remove it from the boot.Another advantage is that my dogs can't jump up at the back window meaning less mess. Just make sure it sits firmly against back of the rear seats then close the boot slowly as I noticed I've got a slight dent on the back of my boot door.

The crate sits very close to the rear windscreen with gap of only 10mm , this is with it being secured to the rear seats and anchor point with strapsFor me its to close for comfort. Because of this I will only use it with the rear seats folded down .Another point is, if the car gets hit for behind and you cant open the boot .you will not be able to get your dog out of the crate. . Should have additional emergency doors fitted on the rear of the crate .

I was naturally very concerned that this cage fitted as described and boy does it! Not much room to spare but that saves cage sliding around in the back. Instructions a bit weak, but pretty logical after a few coats of looking at!
