I’ve got a Tilta cage for my DSLR and this side handle is a great accessory to make the camera much more manageable and add a bit of functionality with the extra attachment point options (additional cold shoes). The quality is top notch and it looks and feels very professional. This is not really an accessory for the casual photographer, but let’s face it…the average photographer isn’t going to be using a big DSLR anyway, they will be using their phone camera. I say this as a warning about the size this handle will add to your whole kit (which is probably already pretty big with a cage). Putting this on will take your camera into the “needs a dedicated bag” territory if you’re used to storing a couple of cameras in your bag. The good news is that it’s really easy and quick to install and take off. Speaking of that, it’s also completely reversible so you can use it on whichever side you want, or even buy 2 and have one on each side.

Tilta makes some sweet products, and this handle is no different. I've used it with several different mirrorless cameras and they are more than strong enough to hold them with cinema glass. The handle itself is comfortable to use for those long shooting days and has a nice look. Overall, I'd recommend it if you're looking for a handle for your rig!

Great attachment for my fuji on my cheap off-brand cage. Silicone grip feels nice but could be a better material. Easy to install and is very straight forward. Another thing I really like is the cold shoe, top and bottom 1/4"-20 and the mag bottom storing an allen key.

Would not trust on any camera bigger than a dslr/mirrorless I tried to use it on my red Komodo and it was way to sketchy
