Love this product!
Love this product. Have used for around 6 months, such great value too! Quite large (to fit all the goodness in) but gel capsules are always easier to swallow.

Good value for this supplement
When my husband's doctor recommended he take this supplement we started looking for it locally. It was hard to find this strength locally so we turned to Amazon. We have ordered this several times and have been happy with the product

Heart support?
Bought for heart health but did not have any positive effects on my blood pressure, heart rate or cholesterol. Back on the meds.

False advertising
Amazon product description mentions 1500mg of ALA per softgel whereas the content is only 650mg of ALA per softgel (as per product label since you need 1 serving of 2 softgels to reach 1500mg of ALA).

No upset stomach
I've been using Alpha lipoic acid for nerve pain some time now, however it gave me an upset stomach every time. I switched to Cheroline Liposomal Alpha Lipoic Acid hoping it will be gentle on my stomach since it doesn't contain any extra fillers. I was pleasantly surprised there were no side effects.
