Robust but lightweight and long battery life
The product arrived very quickly, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, FedEx did not deliver it to me but to someone else, causing quite a bit of stress. However, the seller was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. They supported me every step of the way and worked to make up for the frustrating delivery experience.As for the product itself—it’s excellent. I highly recommend it. It’s compact, durable, and robust, lightweight. The battery life is impressive, lasting more than 5 hours depending on usage. Even the laptop case is strong and protective, which adds to the overall value.One important note for future buyers: Make sure to track your order closely until it’s in your hands. If it’s delivered to someone else, the burden of proving what happened falls entirely on the buyer, which can be a difficult and lonely process.Despite the delivery issue, I’m very satisfied with the product and grateful for the seller’s support.

Volume buttons
Love the look and feel however the volume buttons are linked by a piece of aluminum making them hard to use. Frequently the volume will increase when holding the down button and vice versa

Perfect laptop for work
I own a Thinkpad X13 gen 1 and it has lived up to the reputation of being a corporate workhorse. My wife’s Yoga 6’s touchscreen started to flicker so I decided to buy this laptop for its performance and design. ThinkPads are designed for everyday work and can take the bumps and jolts of being on the move. So far, this X13 gen 2 has lived up to it’s reputation. Hope it lasts as long as my gen 1 which I’ve had for three years and going!
