This is for the 6.2 x 3.5 box. The material seems to flex a bit more than ABS plumbing pipe, and does seem a bit thinner. I used a drill press, and drilled slowly into a wooden jig under the plastic with no problem. Screws hold the lid on with brass inserts, once assembled the box seems solid and the seal seems to work fine, time will tell. Overall happy with this product so far.

Nice plastic box which had lots of room inside for my purpose. Made a battery parasitic drain tester that can be connected in circuit and a multimeter can be connected to the two posts to read amount of current flowing with vehicle sitting. The toggles switch allows the meter to be switched in and out of the circuit so that the meter can be removed to use for testing elsewhere without causing computers and other stand by powered items to remain in sleep mode on the vehicle.
