Followed the instructions on the packaging, (which by the way, I am so thankful was packaged in paper), toasting the fonio in the saucepan first and then cooking and it came out amazing! Different texture than what I'm used to with grain, but fantastic bite to it and no hard, unwanted bits in the bag. Helped to add some Variety to my very strict Vegan Diet. Thank you!

I usually use it to make porridge and it is healthy and filling.

I feel like it's good for me. It helps my digestion when taken at night. I only have about 3 crystals.

I do not recommend this. Strange flavour. Nowhere near to taste like quinoa.
