Works great but don't use in church or other "quiet" places as it tends to annoy people and they'll keep turning around to find out what that sound is. It almost sounds like someone constantly clicking their pen.

So I have purchased 4 of these. I absolutely love them. Yes you have to actually pay some attention when you are using it, if you try and turn it when it’s not in the rotation pocket you will break the screw. If you feel it grabbing and not moving smoothly, check the screws for tension. Sometimes they work themselves loose with use. I use these for 8 to 10 hours a day. It has helped me quit smoking in my car, it’s helped me deal with my excess energy when interacting with people (I have ADHD and autism and don’t like people) I can use these at different speeds to regulate my emotions and energy level. The main thing is pay attention to the slider and it will tell you when it needs to be maintained. If you don’t maintain it, then yeah it’s going to break.

Great gadget if you're on the phone all day like i am. Inferior build quality though. The screws come loose after just a few days, and if you're unaware that a screw is loose, the entire gadget will fall apart and you'll have ball bearings and tiny screws that you wont be able to find once they hit the ground. If they send a replacement, happy to update the review - but until then this will he a 1-star product.

30 min of use and it was basically falling apart because the screw that holds the two halves together kept backing out. Little loctite on that screw and it seems to be holding now.

Smaller than I was expecting and very loud

I ordered this despite the negative reviews. After a small amount of time (a day?), it started to get very difficult to slide. I added one drop of sewing machine oil in each of the exposed tracks when fully extended in each direction and it glides like a dream now. It's even more smooth than when it first arrived. I feel that if this information was included in the product description, the reviews would improve. I have a particular fondness for random words on items, and "Deep-fried dough sticks" and crying frowny faces was very appealing. This is a decently hefty and slim fidget, that once properly lubed, is quite nice

Fantastic toy and for the price a wonderful knockoff of the top-d, doesn't pivot at the center and can't slide when pivoted, but action feels great, coating is durable so far, noise level is ideal.
