Excellent, basic product. Effectively cleared my ears after an infection. Don't be put off by other negative reviews — You just have to follow the directions! Simple and easy to use.

Does absolutely NOTHING!
Doesn't do anything more than holding your nose closed and blowing does. My ear has been closed up for nearly a month so far. ENT told me I just have to "wait another month or so" till the fluid behind my ear drum drains out. It finally has, ear still clogged so tried this.I also think it's VERY misleading that they claim their product is made by Eustachi which is a rather expensive electronic device that DOES open the eustachian tube.Overpriced and USELESS! They should allow us to select ZERO stars!

Not a functional size
You can’t even use it correctly, a human nostril is more bigger than this device or tool. I don’t recommend this, waste of money.

Works perfectly after 6 weeks of muffled hearing
Worked instantly and painlessly. I’m so glad I tried this less expensive analog option over the $60+ automatic “ear poppers”.
