This product really works. I am thrilled because my other alternatives was ablation, IUD with progesterone, or mini-pill -- none of those are ideal at age 48. While pregnant with my first child, the Dr. took blood and said I was low on progesterone and would have lost the baby if he didn't make me take it. At that time I took it vaginally, then with the other 2 pregnancies I was able to take it in a pill form. As I am in peri-menopause and knowing my body is naturally low on progesterone (although my blood work didn't confirm it), I suspected that is just what I needed to reduce my heavy bleeding that was interfering with my ability to leave the house a few days each month. I also had heavy cramping, low energy, bloating, and all the other fun stuff. It has been 3 months and I can say that I really do see a difference. I take it 2 weeks after my period started, and what I first noticed was that my periods are back to a normal spacing now at 26-28 days instead of 21 days. And, my bleeding is lighter with less cramping -- I even jogged 4 miles yesterday while on my period -- something I could not do the last four years. Thank you for making this product and please don't discontinue as I'll be taking it for many years to help keep my hormones balanced.

After spending lots of money on many doctors & many products this product is truly an answer to many prayers!!! Tried the bioidentical progesterone creams from compounding pharmacies, tried progesterone in troche from compounding pharmacies, tried progesterone bioidentical slow release pills from compounding pharmacies, tried other progesterone oils, and was still not obtaining the results that I needed. This Pro-Adapt bioidentical Progesterone Oil is so easy and convenient to use, letting you control how much to use by not being combined with any other hormones. Other brands may combine other hormones and if you need more of progesterone you are stuck receiving more of the other hormone as well. This absorbs well into the skin. I personally like using it sublingually and holding drops under tongue for several minutes. Yes, the directions say to apply on skin. That is a great way to use this. After using Pro-Adapt Bioidentical Progesterone Oil, I noticed calming of mind and body. Best to use every day to keep the hormone levels steadily balanced. I got this package today and the bottle was only 1/2 full. It looked almost empty. Was it used before? Disappointing. And I can’t even return it.

This was a great support during my pregnancy

My wife has PCOS and potentially other issues, and this is one of the first supplements that has really seemed to help so her period isn't so draining and terrible, and other hormone issues have calmed down a bit as well. She started out slow and has worked her way up in how many drops she takes a day (working with a naturopathic doctor). It also took 2-3 months before she started noticing anything. It will likely continue to be a slow process, but it's worth it.You can only get about 375 drops out of each bottle - nowhere near the 500 as advertised. It is purposely only filled part of the way, so that's not the issue, but once you get to the bottom of the bottle, what's left has solidified to the bottom, and there's no way to get it out, and believe me, my wife's tried everything! So it's a good product, and one she'll continue to take for awhile, but it's disappointing that you only get about 3/4 of an already tiny amount. Especially for how pricey this stuff is, it's quite frustrating.

I used to use prescription bio idential progesterone before menopause. Now, after menopause, I needed something much less strong. With this product, no matter how much I used at night, I didn’t sleep well and then could not wake up fully the next day. i contacted the company, they worked with me and gave me a refund, so they get 5 stars! I often have unusual or extreme reactions to supplements. So great customer service is so important!

Below average product for price. Wasted my money.

I have mixed thoughts on this one. I had previously been using a well known progesterone cream but wanted to switch to something with fewer ingredients. I decided to try this. I give it 3 stars because it does appear to work from a hormone point of view. However, the cons are that it had an odor and when I finished the bottle there was a lot of white stuff ( the progesterone presumably) still in the bottle. It seems a lot is being wasted. I added a squirt of rosehip oil to the bottle and got a little more out. I wanted to try to wash the bottle and reuse it but it has a lot of that white sticky stuff all over and on the bottom inside. I used Dawn soap and it didn't get it out so I just threw the bottle out. This concerned me enough that I decided to try a different one. I chose the Bezwecken brand here on Amazon. I trust that brand because I'm familiar with this small company since I lived in Oregon and my naturopath had me use a different product of theirs. Huge difference in quality!!The progesterone oil from Bezwecken has no odor and is smoother, not sticky in the bottle. The ingredients are very similar so I believe this is a quality issue. I won't be buying the Pro-adapt again which is too bad because it's cheaper!
