Q: How do I get a replacement head? This thing broke after less than 5 or 6 uses.

I have the same issue. The plastic head snapped and broke where it attaches to the metal part of the unit. I have zip-tied it together and I can still make it work although it’s not optimal.

Cable Matters suggested a 110 Punch tool for 11.00, I used a 75.00 Fluke with better results. But the COMMERCIALLY available jack has no quick tool. You may be able to create a tool using other manufacturers' tools or swapping out Leviton's heads for the right fit as I have done with other jack brands. I have a site with 500 jacks and WILL NOT buy jacks from cable matters this time with no tool for the 180005. I have done this for 38 years commercially so I know everything about tools for telecom. I am returning 2 of these AS DEFECTIVE since they do not work with a comercial jack made by the same manufacture and the suggestion is to use a 110 tool.
