I’ve had a Berkey for about 5 years now and the brand just got sued for some nonsense about chemicals. Anyway, this is a great substitute and works perfectly. I’ve got clean, clear water without the hassle/coast of having to buy bottled water

We purchased our Berkey a month ago and added these carbon filters, which have been fantastic. They’re durable, easy to install, and filter the water incredibly well. The water tastes pure and clean, with no aftertaste or weird odors – you can really tell the difference!One thing we’ve noticed is that the water flow improves as you add more filters inside the Berkey. It’s convenient for larger households or higher water usage, as the flow rate keeps up nicely. Plus, the value is excellent given the quality and longevity of these filters. We’ll definitely keep using these as replacements when the time comes. Highly recommended for anyone looking to get the best performance out of their Berkey!

They work great .

Ordered a set of these filters. Primed them and installed properly making sure to check for leaks. We dumped the first pass-through to get rid of manufacturing residue. We tested the PPM’s of our tap water (490-512.) The filters did nothing to reduce the PPM value nor did they reduce the chlorine taste from our water and make it drinkable. Returning to Amazon as defective and worthless.
