great alice layout board, super high quality
quality and execution were great with this board. I will admit I returned it as the layout (while I use split and ortho boards a lot) was not what I was hoping for. The layout buttons were in odd spots for me but I will say the board is top notch.

Beautiful, solid as a rock, and defective
If you're reading this review, you're probably somewhat like me: a frequent typist who has started experiencing wrist pain, which has prompted you to consider dropping $250 on this ergonomic keyboard. I've been a Keychron K8 user for a couple years and really like it, but the increasing wrist pain I'm dealing with made the $250 cost of this one seem worthwhile. My new Q10 arrived today and I eagerly set it up on my desk. I was shocked by the weight of this thing - it must weigh 3X what the K8 weighs, and you can absolutely feel every ounce of the metal case. The backlights are bright, the keys look and feel great, and I was all set to fall in love with this thing... until I tried actually typing on it. Unfortunately, this brand new keyboard arrived with several semi-dead keys. Most of the keys work fine, but I have to repeatedly pound on the M, J, R, and several other keys just to get them to respond, which makes speedy touch-typing virtually impossible. This issue persisted even after doing a firmware update - a weird browser-based process that required installing a super sketchy app called "driver.exe" on my Windows PC, and which failed entirely in Firefox - it seems to only work in MS Edge. I also tried removing and re-seating the switches under the troublesome keys, but that had no meaningful effect.Long story short: I've started an exchange process, and I'm *really* hoping that the replacement works better. For $250, a new user shouldn't have to spend the first hour with this keyboard frustrated and confused by poor quality control!

Rendered my favorite and current mechanical keyboard like it's crap
Love this keyboard. And I love my current one at home and the office is one is oK. But the keychron is multiples better. I always wanted an ergonomic ten key less mechanical keyboard but they're hard to find, until I found this. The keystroke is very positive and smooth. Not a nuisance in the office in my opinion. Immediately I felt I was actually typing faster. It is hefty though and with the price, I won't leave this at the desk at work. Highly recommend a hard case for it too. It will need get used to if you use the END key but you can program it using one of the 5 programmable keys.

Great keyboard
This is a very heavy keyboard, definitely not one you want to carry around. I got the red switch which has a nice feel to it, doesn't feel as "soft" when I tried it last year on another setup. The sound is average, doesn't have the loud Thock, would be acceptable in an office environment I believe. The layout also looks weird between the letter Q/W and P/[, however, I have no issues typing on it. Space bar is located at the correct position (some Alice keyboard has it at the wrong position). The backlight is nice, average comparted to other keyboards I own. I haven't tried the memory buttons or the bluetooth connection. Overall, a solid, heavy, expensive keyboard with little to no flaws that I see so far. I would recommend it to people who can afford it.

No, Support
I contacted the manufacturer to ask how long the warranty was as no literature was enclosed, they said the warranty is only through Amazon, not through them.I also emailed the manufacturer ( they have no phone number) to ask a technical question. They said they would not help me since I did not buy it from them and have to go to Amazon. The manual is extremely limited and does not cover most of the functions or what the keys are for.For this price, I would like some customer support which the company does not offer.

This is the best keyboard ever.
I feel like I'm melting into this keyboard, it's a truly joyful sublimation of soul and machine. I only feel this good driving a stick shift on a long curvaceous, desolate, stretches of coastal highway in the dark and while typing on this keyboard. It's like my fingers have met their soulmate on a dance floor and I get the utmost pleasure from being a voyeuristic observer while they salsa dance the night away and I get ever and ever more drunken and joyful.Top notch board.

stay away, don't waste $250
not worth the money due to bad quality control and non-existent support. software is not easy to use. size is ok. the alice layout feels good for the wrists. Design is good.

Love this thing
I love this thing. Still getting used to it a bit. Was using a Feker Alice keyboard so still fumble finger a bit. Built like a tank.
