I picked up the Humantra Hydration Packets after hearing good things and they’ve really impressed me. The flavours are refreshing without being overly sweet and it actually feels like you’re doing your body some good when you drink them. I started using them after the gym and on long days at work and I definitely notice the difference in energy and focus compared to just drinking plain water.They mix easily with no strange lumps and are very convenient to carry around. I also like knowing they contain a good balance of electrolytes and vitamins which makes them feel cleaner and more purposeful than some other hydration products out there.Overall these are a brilliant option if you want something that tastes nice and helps you stay hydrated throughout a busy day. I’ll definitely be ordering again.

4 stars just because of the price of this as it is very high, but I thought I’d try out anyway.Went with the lychee flavour as found in the reviews that was the best best tasting in opinions. It does taste nice, takes abit of a stir to get it all mixed up, there’s no fizz to it at all like other hydration tabs.It does its job, doesn’t give you energy or anything like that. I took it on mornings as my first drink of the day then post workout.Would I buy again, maybe if it was on offer otherwise I’d just stick with Phizz or SIS hydration tablets, as they are much cheaper and not far off the same levels of ingredients.

Very pleased with these Hydration sachets they taste amazing very fresh, smell great too, so easy to mix, has definitely made a difference to my hydration I also feel like I have more energy, I say try them you will definitely notice a great change the effect I noticed after two sachets good value for money I have just ordered my third box

After a quick search and product research, I found ordering was easy. Product arrived as described. I play squash, Squash57 ( aka Racketball) and trained in the gym. I needed something to help me recover and to alleviate muscle cramp. This product did this for me. I would have no hesitation recommending this product. It works for me but I would recommend that potential buyers carry out their own due diligence to ensure it is suitable for them

Brilliant product from Humantra! Love that it’s sugar-free, super easy to make, and actually not grainy like most electrolyte sachets. The Himalayan Lime flavour is an absolute winner 🍋‍🟩🏔️Amazon, though… not exactly covering themselves in glory. Box turned up looking like someone at the depot tried forcing a square peg into a round hole (see photo). Bit of a shame, really.
