Lovely chair, very comfortable, easy to use, has to be put together which can be a bit tricky.

Thought that the colour would be too light but it's perfect. Easy to assemble and really comfortable.

Great chair for the price
The media could not be loaded. The chair is firm but will no doubt soften in time. It is really easy to slot the arms and back in place. The slots are wide at the bottom and taper to click fully home. Easy to press the tab and release the back if you need to, push electric connections all done in under 10 minutes. I had to contact the supplier re a pricing issue and they were brilliant and problem solved within 2 days. The chair comes in two large boxes so needs a bit of lifting.Overall very pleased

Late Delivery
The chair quality is quite good. It's comfortable, but a little unstable when fully reclined.The problem I had was with late delivery. The same product, from the same seller, is available elsewhere than Amazon, with a 5% discount.I chose to pay the full price, as Amazon offered Prime next day delivery. The reality was that the chair took four days to arrive. I therefore lost 5% of the purchase price.

Chair is comfortable and functional.
The problem was the uncertainty of delivery ! Came in two parcels spread over three days. Could not track what was being delivered and when. Just had to stay in and wait, not a good use of time just before Christmas!
