Does exactly what I need it to do and seems to be great quality. There are plenty of pockets for different documents and everything fits great.Zipper is kind of stiff and harder to zip than I would like but if it’s truly fireproof, that’s a trade off I’m willing to make.

This is very practical for organizing papers and important documents. The quality is good, it has like a water resistant/rubbery feeling. The zipper is a little tough to zip and unzip but that is because of the material that keeps it water resistant. Overall good purchase for the price.

It's a nice folder of decent quality, but the file storage is limited by the binder. If you fill the files, you can't close the binder and zip it shut. With 12 storage file folders taking up a large amount of space already, the binder should have been thicker. I'm still happy with it though.

Just received this. This product is like an attractive Trapper-Keeper. It has outstanding organization for my household documents, as shown in the pictures. However, there is no paperwork included to back up the claim that it is fireproof. It is just a soft case wrapped in clear plastic with no information. I don't trust it to be fireproof because it simply looks like a teenager's school binder. I will be returning this.

Really great to organize everything and is totally work the money. I just wish it would expand a little more in size so i could store a little more things but i could get many big papers inside. I will say though that it does hold in a decent amount of documents.
