Tanker - Portable Urinal for Men Spill Proof - A Camping and Festival Essential, Designed for Nighttime Urges, Post-Surgery Recovery, and Travel Use

This was my second purchase of the Boom Tanker. I was very impressed with my first purchase that I decided to purchase a second as a spare. The name Tanker is perfect as it is built like a tank. The container material used is thick and the cap is also heavy duty. Unfortunately, the second one I ordered had a defective cap. It seemed to be too large and leaked. The cap actually could be easily pulled off without unscrewing it. I reached out to Boom Medical and they immediately responded, shipping out a replacement. They were so concerned with defect that asked its return to determine what went wrong during the manufacture of the bottle/cap. By the way, the replacement bottle worked perfectly. As for their customer service I can only say, Outstanding! They make an extremely durable, which is well engineered. In the case of my second bottle I can only say, stuff ocassionally happens. I would Not hesitate in ordering from Boom Medical again.

Works great, easy to clean, super positive seal when closing, built like a tank, wide mouth is easy to use in the middle of the night with no worries of "aiming", not the cheapest but worth it! Easily holds more than I can 😂. Spoil yourself, you will thank me later

EXCELLENT quality with a quick-screw-on-lid that is absolutely leakless!!!As a female, I intentionally chose the men's over the women's model, which designers insist on being straight up-and-down - awkward and inconvenient to say the least!I love the angled design - so much easier because... well, I won't get into the details of the ease of maneuvering and extremity of state of undress necessary to use the female version.I love that it has 44-ounce capacity (hard to find more than a quart, even in "cheap" products) and a LEAKLESS lid!!!On a day away from bathroom facilities, I can "hold" more than a quart... so am thankful for the extra.The dark color is a nice bonus for subtlety...A truly wonderful product...

I bought this urinal for road trips when a restroom or any other alternative is not available. I liked the design and color, which matched my new Subaru Outback. I had to use this urinal for the first time since I purchased it and to my horror it leaked all over the front seat of my new car, which is upholstered in leather. The cap does not fit securely on the bottle. If you are using it for home use it may be ok but it is not suitable for use while driving. Given the cost of this product I would not recommend a purchase. There are other options that are available for a fraction of the cost or you can use your imagination with non-traditional bottles that will do the trick and not leak all over your car.

Everything in the description of this product is spot on. I’m currently a semi driver-trainee that sleeps up in the top bunk. In the middle of the night I don’t have the luxury of climbing down the ladder & walking to the bathrooms inside the truck stop. This saves a lot of time & allows me to go back to sleep. The cap is easy on/easy off & when you tighten it close it stays closed. No effort. The handle is large for easy carrying & cleaning is easy: I just use soap & water. I even bought one for my trainer.

Probably the nicest looking tanker you can buy. The handle feels great and has good grip. The cap is easy to open and close and everything can be removed for cleaning. The biggest problem is that the rubber seal underneath the cap will pop out from time to time as you are opening the cap with existing liquid. And you need the seal to properly shut the cap otherwise you will have leakage. The design needs to be tweaked a little the existing tiny clips that hold the rubber seal under the cap are not good enough.

I like this, but don't love it. I wish it was just a few onces bigger, but my main complaint is the cap. It has never leaked on me, BUT I've repeated come across an issue that occurs when you fill and empty it at different altitudes, which is often in my case. If you fill it at a high altitude (like on a ski trip or hiking in the mountains), then empty it closer to sea level, the pressure differential causes the silicon washer in the cap (which is not an "O" ring washer, but completely solid) to get sucked into the container when opening. If the pressure differential is big enough, it can do it quite forcefully and cause splashing! I've found a work-around: If I'm quick, I can grab the edge of it and let air in before it's sucked in. I'm also going to try using contact cement to glue it to the cap so it can't separate, but I wish the manufacturer had done that for me!

Bought this for truck-tent camping. Its heavy duty, leak proof and holds more than the typical urinal. The lid locks securely with a quarter turn. Its slim tall profile makes it easy to carry in a backpack. Nice that it's not see through. Kind of expensive, but well worth the price.
