I like that they seem to help with my energy and mood. Not dramatically, not an improvement. They do not help me with sleep at all. I am on my second bottle, (because they are helping me and I don't want to punch my husband as often and I do have more patience along with a slight energy boost) but I fear this bottle may be my last because I can't choke them down any longer. The taste is not good, smell is not good, but that texture combined with the taste...and I almost lose my stomach contents. If you can handle the taste and texture, I'd say to try these.

I started taking these about 2 months after I started taking the amberen peri supplement. It def helps with energy and mood and that alone made it worth it for me. I like the taste but even if I didn’t, I would still take them. It’s a tiny amount of time they’re in your mouth so I would take them anyway! They don’t help me with sleep is the only thing I would change.

Great Sleep Aid

I was only able to take this product for a few days. I was trying to take it to stabilize my moods during my oh so fun perimenopause phase. It ended up giving me headaches which turned into horrible migraines. I am very sensitive to any sort of supplement or medication so things hit me very quickly. It also seemed to oddly disrupt my sleep at night. I slept better off of these. It gave me energy but at night and not during the day. During the few days that I took it I did try to take it a different times to see if that helped but it didn't seem to make a difference. So for me personally this didn't work but it could be because I'm just very sensitive to supplements or medicines. I know people have complained about the taste and it is pretty bad in my opinion. The first day I was fine with it and then after that I had to force it down. It is a very strong taste.
