I'm highly displeased with this product it does not regulate temperature correctly and could burn a house down how poorly it was made

Electrical connection to the wok is too loose
This product lasted only 1 week and then it spoiled. The wok electrical prongs just burnt

This is the perfect size to cook for two; we use it regularly and it works great! Nonstick and doesn’t burn food! Unfortunately, the cover spontaneously shattered in the dish drainer after only 3 uses (never washed in piping hot water & always hand washed after completely cooled overnight).
