I'm giving 5 stars for now. The study which showed a 20% increase to testosterone was done over 90 days, and it was the PrimaVie standard which was used. I'm looking forward to reporting back with my results on 500mg each day. At this price point I haven't found a better product - I can say this for now.

For years I have been recommended shilajit but have refused because of my health conditions but now that I’m exhausted and fed up I thought I should try it as a last resort. I’ve tried taking the actual one that’s supposed to be mixed with water but I found it too strong but I saw the difference in a day. I ordered these capsules and To be very honest it has done nothing for the pain but has made me quite active and mobile which is magnificent. I am hardly laying in bed now or resting during the day like I used to. It’s as if my brain tells me I’m not supposed to sit or lay down lol seriously I’m not joking it is brilliant. Only bad thing is it can raise bp. I am now more active than before. For those wondering it may take away sleep not true I have sleep problems and I can honestly say I actually sleep better now . It is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. It is not a food replacement.

I’d seen many viral posts in early 2023 about this product and i had initially bought and have been using the paste version that is mixed with hot water, tastes awful, however its effective and is fine if you have the time and facilities to do so.To have it available in a regulated dose and capsule form, it removes all the guess work on dosage, and that is what i like about this product.Also the reliance on hot water is removed when using a capsule and i have found them easy to swallow.This particular supplier / brand suggests one capsule a day which i am currently doing in the morning with a range of other supplements.The dosage of 250mg of purified shilajit is provided in each capsule.I have the majority of my supplements that aid me whilst i am awake, in the morning anyway, so these capsules have been no issue.At the suggested use, this bottle will last 60 days, and a seal under the cap.I would say as a long term user of shilajit that you can sense and feel differences in your well being after several days use, and if you stop taking it, after several days you will go back to a similar energy and focus fall off.For context i am 52yr male, overweight and work odd hours, so i don't have a regular routine and this product in conjunction with some other very well known supplements really does flatten my downward curve during the day and makes it so easy to process a very long and busy day typically over 17-20 hours.Of course its fair to say that some supplements will work better than others and some results will be different, but for me, over the long term as a user, i can see where it helps me get through busy days.
