The first one I got never opened up all the way. The second one did and it is so soft on my feet. Just the right size

Good color and packing, no smell but it’s not as sturdy at all. Your feel just sink down right away and I would have appreciated it to more steady and supportive. I ended up adding an old blanket in it to give it more support and not have to buy more filling. Only after stuffing it to the brim with an old blanket did it kinda work but for $55 I would expect better quality. The pictures show things like feet, books, etc. resting on top of it and make it seem like it’s firm but that’s false advertising because it is not.

Perfect poof, very durable and the color was just like the picture. It inflated to size instantly.

I got this pouf for my daughters boho apartment thinking that it was kind of a sage green color but it's more of a celery green. It's not awful and will still look fine with the aesthetic but it's not what I was hoping for as far as color. It came shrink wrapped and started puffing up as soon as I cut open the plastic. I've left it out for several days now and it is fully expanded and seems to be nice and firm. The fabric is soft but I had to fluff it up all over by kind of scratching it so it didn't look smashed from being packaged so tightly. Pretty happy with this, just disappointed in the color.

Came compressed but puffed up very quickly. Soft material feels good on the feet. The perfect firmness….soft but hard enough to keep its shape. Good height. Great value. I'll be interested to see how the cover washes in the future.

This thing should be marketed as a wannabe beanbag chair for kids, not an ottoman. The included cushion insert is so soft my feet almost sank to the floor on first use (I did let it expand for the recommended time). I wound up shoving three full-sized pillows and the original stuffing into it to bring it up to where it's useable for me. The pillows cost me an extra $21. That pushes the value of this thing right off a cliff. If I had used shirts and towels as the seller suggests I'd have to air dry after showering and would be walking around with no shirt on my back.On the positive side, the covering seems pretty tough. The zipper is holding up well which is impressive since it's containing three pillows and the original stuffing. I'm mildly satisfied at the moment despite the added cost for the pillows. I had a couple larger ottomans that were just too big for my efficiency apartment. The size and ability to roll this around without lifting it is an improvement over my previous situation.2 stars for the included stuffing, 3 stars for the usability AFTER buying more pillows. For the $50 price tag you should get a pair. Massively overpriced.

These arrive flat but puff up pretty quickly once unwrapped. They are firm once completely puffed, and they look neat in the room. I bought two after I realized how much I liked the first one (gray).The size is perfect, neither too big or too small (18x18x14) and it functions well as a foot/leg rest while on the couch on in a chair.
