I use when my shoulder bothers me and the heat seems to help it.

Excellent coverage, but heat is not as strong over months of daily use. Auto off is a plus and is still working.

Product works great, heats up quickly and even gets little over warm.The only issues I have had is the Plastic snaps if used fall apart when trying to un-snap them and the elastic strap is great for a small person but too short for normal people to large people. Other than the listed issues Very pleased with the product.

Lasted a month. Stopped working after a few uses.

I bought this a few months back for my back and neck pain. I have a spinal cord stimulator implanted due to extreme back pain. I was looking for a large heating pad that would cover my entire back from the neck down to my hips. This one fits the bill! I love the fact that I can snap it around the neck to get my neck and shoulders, and also strap it around my waist to get all the way down to my tailbone. The price for this heating is DEFINITELY worth it!
