This heating pad is amazing! This is the third heating pad I have used and it is by far the best for the following reasons:1. It is huge. It is both wider and longer than most other large heating pads, which allows me to treat both my shoulders and low back at once.2. It is thicker than some of the other pads out there, which means it does not crumple up when you lay on it.3. It has heat settings up to 9 hours (not 4 or 6 hours max, so you can actually leave it on for an 8 hour night of sleep!!) in addition to a stay-on mode.4. Instead of numbered heat settings (1,2,3,4) it has actual temperature settings, either in Fahrenheit or Celsius.5. It has a ridiculously long cord!6. Additionally, it is soft, it can be used on either side, it heats up within seconds and it can be used for moist heat by dampening the outside fabric.The one possible drawback for some might be that the highest heat setting, 149°F, automatically drops down to 130°F after being on for an hour and a half to reduce the likelihood of getting burned.Overall, I am thrilled with this product!

The best feature of this heating pad is the nine-hour time limit for shut-off. I used to wake up in the middle of the night, achy and fumbling around for the controller in the dark, because I literally cannot sleep without heat to soothe my back. I also like that the heating levels are represented by actual temperatures. The display is clear and brightly lit, with large readable numbers. The heating pad itself is a good size, and the velvety material is wonderful.

Old version had the 9 hour timer which was 90% of the reason for purchasing. Had one for about a month and it gave up… figured it was just a faulty product so ordered replacement. To our extreme disappointment it no longer has the 9 hour timer. I see as of today July 20th 2025 they have not updated the description… an obviously deceptive practice to sucker more people into purchasing. The booklet even has clearly been manipulated with a cheap sticker to hide the timer features. Such a shame. I recommend searching for a more honest and reliable supplier.

Very nice. Comes in handy. Heats well. Very large size. Easy to use controls. Nice material thats comfortable to touch. Flexible to use on multiple areas. Very much recommend! Great value for the price. The quality is excellent.

Great variety of adjustments. Can set to stay on all the time or for various hours.

First heating pad that we ordered would not heat above a warm setting. We liked the size of it, the softness and that there is astay on option in addition to timed settings. After reaching out to seller to let them know the problem, the heating pad was replaced and the one sent works well.

This heating pad is amazing! I’m small and it covers my entire back+. I love the stay on option. I actually bought another for my daughter, that also has back issues.

This review is a little premature because I just got this thing. I'll start by saying that in the timing function there are time limits to set but the last one is simply "on" - which disables the auto shut off.I'm 5'4“ and this reaches from shoulder blades to knees. It feels amazing. I currently have it set on 113° and that's about a "level 4" on my usual brand.It heats up fast! It goes up to 149° so you should have no issues getting it hot enough.It's really soft. You can't feel the wires and has all the other comfort and function that I have enjoyed with my usual brand.My usual brand of heating pad rarely survives more than 6 months but until now it's the only one I've found that has the ability to stay on. That all changed today when this one was delivered. The bar is pretty low.... If it lasts a year, I'll be happy and feel like I got my money's worth.Pain relief from heat is absolutely a God send when you have chronic pain. A heating pad that stays on ALL night, even more so. I'm hopeful that I have found a replacement.
