There’s nothing I dislike about my bundle. The mattress and heater are absolutely amazing, I’ve been sleeping on my waterbed for 47 years and have had many different mattresses but this one is just awesome. Thank You!!!

The mattress arrived in a box that was three times the size it should’ve been packaged in. It was not properly packaged. The box itself was damaged upon arrival. The mattress looked OK but the only way to tell if it was damaged was to fill it with water so we did it had multiple leaks. We tried to patch them unsuccessful drain the mattress and I’ve been sleeping on a floor with a blowup mattress that I had to purchase separately at Walmart waiting for the third-party seller to respond to replace this damage mattress and they’re not responding at all not only that when it was filled with water, it was not waveless. It felt like a 1980s waterbed mattress were you sat on one side and flew off the other. I’ve been a waterbed owner for over 30 years now and this is by far the worst mattress I’ve ever purchased and the worst experience I’ve ever had with selling party.
