This thing is just what I needed for a PS4 drive upgrade. Exact dimensions, easy to install, despite the cheap and very easy to come off adhesive, making installation a little frustrating, I highly recommend this product.

Ok, ten bucks for a nickel’s worth of plastic has been bantered around by some. Try making just one yourself.I could spend an hour or two making something myself, but this thing fits exactly correctly out of the box, costs a lot less than my company pays me for two hours of trail and error, and looks professional when my boss looks at it.I’ll buy it again when I need the next one.

Hard to mess up a spacer.

I got the XtremPro 7mm to 9.5mm SSD Spacer Adapter for 2.5" - Black (11112) to shim a Samsung 860 EVO 500GB 2.5 Inch SATA III Internal SSD that I installed to replace a failing HD in my laptop. The SSD was thinner than the HD so a shim was required. It is a simple product and worked as described. After installing the new SSD in the drive holder, just remove the shims adhesive strip protectors, line up the shim, and then press it on to the SSD. Done!

there are many things in life that just irritate us, for me the lack of customer support (not that this is pointed at PNY... snark, snark) is the one this that burns my backside.Bought a SSD drive, it was too thin to make good contact, called manufacturer, they basically said "oh well".bought this little nickel ninety eight product, problem fixed, simple, quick, no more cardboard folded up to make the drive contact correctlyThanks for the small companies that fill the voidBill

They are what they are, but WAY OVER priced. Should have gotten them off of ebay. But I knew this buying them.

Has 1 around misplaced it got another one, used and works as intended in external case for my ssd
