Excellent customer service and good product! I had a problem with a couple of functions on the toilet not working. I emailed customer support and was given reset instructions. The reset did not work and within 4 days they sent a replacement lid assembly to my door step which fixed the problem. I was impressed at the speed that my issue was resolved. Great customer support! Definitely don’t purchase this item!!! I purchased this toilet 6 months ago. Unfortunately the toilet stop flushing properly contacted AMAZON spoke to manager Angel. He advised me to call China! The seller don’t have an 1800 number like most companies. Only a direct number to incur international charges or I can email them and wait on their response just to get product support. This is INSANE! Unfortunately I purchased multiple of these toilets for my home! Please don’t waste your time or money! However, I informed Angel that information should be noted on Amazon! For sure I would have not purchased this toilet! Again don’t purchase unless you prefer to waste your money and time!

Easy to install but doesn't flush the best
