For two years I used a tool that had silicone caps shaped like a screw and thought it was doing a good job until my Dr looked in my ears. She told me my left ear is totally plugged with ear wax and there is also a lot of wax in my right ear.I came home and tried the silicone screw cone wax remover tool in both ears and nothing was removed so I ordered this tool.This ear wax removal tool arrived today and I used it. My left ear this tool brought out a big wad of gunk that would overflow a 1/2 teaspoon of ear wax. Less came from my right ear but still a large amount.I had a tool similar to this tool a couple of years ago and after it broke I purchased the tool with multiple silicone screw type caps. This tool is definitely valuable and the best value for the money. It was delivered quickly is very effective and if I ever break this tool or lose it I will buy another one. My hearing also improved after removing the excess ear wax. No hearing aids needed now. Yipeee.

Totally waste and f my money. It didn’t get any wax out . It just shoved the wax in further. No different than using a Qtip other than it scratches your ear and makes it sore and a Qtip is soft.

I appreciate these little things because they have the safety disk that keeps my adult boys from digging too far into their ears. I keep these around because if they’re not available, my boys will find something else to stick in there. Ugh

It is a safe tool to use in the ear; however it could be softer

Protects my eardrums and gets the wax out. Without spending big bucks.
