Great reference to the king James bible

Absolutely amazing!

This commentary was expensive and disappointing. First, the condition of the book was bad. Pages in front are falling out and all of the pages look like they have water damage. It's readable, but not new. Second, this is an old commentary reprinted as new. It's the Zondervan King James Version Bible Commentary made into one book and renamed. It also frequently refers to notes in the Zondervan KJV study bible, which seems to be no longer in print. So if you don't have this Bible, you will be missing out on this information. I wish I knew this before I purchased it.

The bottom part of this so called “new” book is full of small black and red dots and looks like it has been placed on the shelf for a very long time! However, the contents are useful! It’s a pity!
