As my usual brand has gone up too much in price thought I’d try these.They have a nice citrus flavour but the ginger is overpowering and left a burning on my tongue for quite a while after.So won’t be buying again.If you like a strong ginger then go for it, I’m sure you’ll love these.

The gummies are round and yellow, with a dimpled top. They taste tangy but also very sweet; I'd prefer them without the glucose syrup and sugar as I choose to limit my sugar intake, otherwise I really like the combination of orange and ginger, which is warming and refreshing. I'm not someone who eats heavily spiced foods very often, but I don't find the ginger at all overwhelming, quite the opposite. It does leave a tingle on the tongue for a while. The sweetness and the soft texture reminds me of fruit jellies - they are not at all difficult to chew and don't pull on or stick to your teeth. It's reassuring to know that they contain any animal-derived ingredients, and that all the ingredients are entirely natural substances. There are 60 tablets, at a dose of 2 per days so there's enough in the jar for 30 days. I find gummies generally a very helpful way to take supplements - it's much easier to remember to take something that tastes good.

I would not agree the ginger is overpowering. Actually, I was hoping for a very strong ginger taste which this doesn't have. The citrus is the overpowering taste and these are very sweet but quite balanced and tasty.The value is good but they do recommend 2 gummies per day so this is a 30 day supply. Filled with lots of goodness
