Cheap Straps Quality
I recently purchased a Fire-Boltt smartwatch, and while the watch body is impressive with a sleek design and sturdy build, the quality of the watch straps is disappointing. The straps feel cheap and local, lacking durability and comfort. They do not match the premium look of the watch itself, which affects the overall experience.

Don’t buy this watch or anything from this company
Don’t buy this watch, rather don’t but anything from this esteemed company.I am writing this on 25/04/2025, 7 months after the INITIAL purchase.This might get long but here’s my experience:The watch that was delivered to me had a problem with the display and I was lucky that the company accepted the fault (you’ll know why u am telling I was lucky) and they replaced the watch.After they sent me a new watch, the belt just came off and I could not get it fixed myself or at any watch repair shop. After several emails, they accepted a return and fixed the watch and sent it back to me.After a while, the vibration in the watch stopped and i placed a service request on their portal.The categories mentioned didn’t have anything related to my problem. Hence I had to try changing the problem category after every time they rejected the request.They were not able to understand a simple thing that i am not asking for a replacement, I am simply asking for a service to get this fixed at any of their store/ service Center which I don’t think they have.Fed up i started my search on google and fixed it myself.I am writing this review today because the sensor cover that touches the wrist just came off today.This shows the quality of their product.I am so fed up with their standardised replies on their website that I am not going to raise a request.Till the time the watch works I’ll use it after which it will go straight to the bin.

Great watch but battery backup needs improvement
The watch has good features. Call quality, watch faces all good. Did not try health features much. The only 2 cons I found is low battery backup. Have to charge it daily, but gets charged very very fast. Second is you can't set timing for always on display. You need to manually start stop it. But mostly everything is good.

The product display, outlook is incredible, good value for the purchase
The colour, watch faces and the look and feel of the watch is superb. It has all the necessary features and operation handy. I am using it for the second day now, battery life seems to be good. Good built quality.The only thing that disappoints me from other Fire Bolt products is the call volume is very low. I have to strain my ears to listen to the caller. only the incoming calls can be recieved and talked to. But the call volume is very low. Otherwise the product is good choice for the price range.
