Is there a fix for the cutter leaving a ragged edge?

The cutter does not leave a ragged edge unless the blade is dull or has been nicked. The blades can be sharpened or replaced. Usually the cut edge is underneath the quarter round or end cap molding so the quality of the cut is not critical.

Will this cut vinyl flooring?

Will this work for cutting vinyl siding?

The blade is sharp enough to cut it. However, depending on the profile of the siding, it may not fit betwwen the blade and the table. I would think that most standard profiles would fit since this will technically cut 3/4" thick material, but not 100% sure. The quality of the cut may not be great since the siding material is not flat.
